Yes. We schedule at your convenience — early mornings, evenings, and weekends are all available. Most sessions run 1.5–2 hours, so we can fit into a staff meeting window, a lunch block, or a half-day.
No prerequisites. Our courses are designed for complete beginners. We start from the basics and cover everything hands-on — no homework, no pre-reading required.
Life happens. We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations with less notice are handled case-by-case — we're flexible for genuine emergencies.
We accept credit and debit cards online (via secure Stripe payment links), as well as check or invoice for schools and organizations that require purchase orders. Payment details are confirmed when we schedule your session.
Early mornings and evenings are available on request; an after-hours surcharge may apply for sessions that start before 7am or after 6pm.
For schools and businesses, sessions are private — only your staff or members attend, and we tailor scenarios to your facility. Minimum group size is usually 6 participants to make on-site travel cost-effective.
If you are signing up on your own (e.g. a babysitter, fitness instructor, or parent), we pool you into an upcoming open cohort. You will train alongside other individuals from the community and walk out with the same certification card.
Submitting this form does not lock in your date. Michael reads every request personally, replies within one business day, and confirms the exact session time once your group size, room access, and equipment needs are pinned down. If your preferred date no longer fits, he will offer the closest two or three alternates so you can pick what works.
We bring all materials, equipment, and certification. Classes can be held at your facility throughout the Seacoast — Rochester, Dover, Portsmouth, Exeter, and surrounding towns.
