Can you work around our schedule?

Yes. We schedule at your convenience — early mornings, evenings, and weekends are all available. Most sessions run 1.5–2 hours, so we can fit into a staff meeting window, a lunch block, or a half-day.

Do participants need any prior training or experience?

No prerequisites. Our courses are designed for complete beginners. We start from the basics and cover everything hands-on — no homework, no pre-reading required.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens. We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations with less notice are handled case-by-case — we're flexible for genuine emergencies.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards online (via secure Stripe payment links), as well as check or invoice for schools and organizations that require purchase orders. Payment details are confirmed when we schedule your session.
