Answers before you book

The five questions prospects ask most often before scheduling — cost, class size, duration, certification, and on-site vs. in-house training. If yours is not here, just ask.

  1. How much does training cost?

    Pricing depends on training type, class size, and whether the session is on-site at your location or held in-house at ours in Rochester. Use the booking form for the fastest quote — Michael replies within one business day with availability and pricing.

  2. What class size do you support?

    Hands-on sessions are capped at 12 to keep quality high. For larger cohorts we run a second instructor — common for K-12 staff days and district-wide rollouts. Tell us your headcount when you book so the right staffing is on the roster.

  3. How long is each training session?

    CPR / AED is roughly 2.5 hours, First Aid and Active Shooter awareness run about 2 hours, and combined certifications sit between 4 and 5 hours depending on group size and break time. Pick the slot that fits your schedule on the booking page.

  4. Are the certifications employer-accepted?

    Yes — certifications are issued through HSI (Health & Safety Institute), which is widely accepted by NH employers, K-12 schools, and OSHA-aligned workplaces. Cards are emailed within a few days of completing the skills check.

  5. Do you come on-site, or do we come to you?

    Both. Most school and business clients book on-site so the training happens in the same room where staff already work. In-house sessions at our Rochester training space are also available for individuals and small groups. Either way, the curriculum is the same — only the room changes.
